Louisa Giampaolo

Louisa the Director and Founder has completed a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics, a Masters in Business and a Masters in Medical Science. Louisa has worked as a Clinical Dietician, Clinical educator, a Medical Scientist and Crossfit coach.

As an athlete Louisa has competed in state and national level powerlifting and CrossFit competitions. Louisa enjoys MMA training, reading fiction and watching every Adam Sandler movie ever made.

Louisa is looking to stop doing Masters Degrees (for now) to focus on teaching and guiding other people instead. Her vision for AMBI is to be more than a teaching institute, but to facilitate a team of exceptional health and fitness professionals who will pass on their knowledge to the wider population and propel the industry forward.

Jane Woodbridge

Jane has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Doctor of Philosophy (Clinical Psychology). She has worked in disability support and aged care, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, a domestic violence and sexual assault service and a private mental hospital.

Jane enjoys 80’s aerobics, weight lifting and Muay Thai for fun. Jane currently runs her own successful private psychology practice. Jane has firm beliefs that one cannot experience stable mental health without attending to physical and nutritional health. Sound nutrition and consistent exercise are two of the essential foundations of mental wellbeing.

Jane is passionate about supporting people to become holistic health practitioners who understand that the whole person needs to be supported to facilitate wellness.

Alan Romero

Alan has 20 years of athletic practical knowledge and has completed numerous vocational education training including Certificate IV in training, Certificate IV in business and Certificate IV in training and assessment just to name a few.

Alan has completed multiple international internships in strength and conditioning at some of the most reputable fitness institutes in the world and currently runs a rehabilitation and athletic performance facility.

Alan has competed at a high level across multiple strength sports, while dabbling in gymnastics, track and field and Jiu Jitsu, he enjoys doing as little as possible when not training or working.

Johnny Casni

With over 14 years in roles as an Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer & in Strength & Conditioning. Johnny’s role in leadership experience stems from roles as a Health & Fitness Coordinator, Sport & Recreation Coordinator and Football Coach.

Kathy McCartney

Kathy is Qualified as a Support Worker and Care Coordinator in Mental Health, Disability and Aged Care. She is the key trainer and assessor for Mental Health. Her areas of specialty and interest incl. supporting people to live life through training and living life well.

Travis Roche

Travis is a Strength and Performance Coach with over 12 years in the Fitness Industry as a coach and educator, his areas of interest include strength & power development and all things programming.

Claudia Maiden

Nutritional advisor with over 4 years in the Nutrition Industry as an educator and content developer. She is currently studying a Degree with a specialisation in Critical Social Inquiry
