Event Description

Training for women and the female body is all about understanding how we get the best out of women when it comes to Fitness, Strength and Longevity in the gym at any cycle in their life. Training women is a special skill which is developed over time and understanding of how their bodies might be different to those biologically born male. We will dive into a little bit around training, suggested food protocols around training and how to look after female clients around their changes throughout lifer.

About Kara

Kara is a Personal Trainer, Crossfit Coach, Muay Thai beginner and lover of all things movement. She has been part of the industry for 14 years this year and in this time has developed a love for training females and the unique nature that comes along with this. Kara wants to debunk a lot of the information out there when it comes to how women should be programmed for, coached and lead in the gym – in order to create successful and sustainable fitness and strength goals.
